What is a site?
A site is one physical childcare service operating its own kitchen workflow and records. An organisation can manage one or more sites.
What does “unlimited reasonable staff users” mean?
The plan is intended for the genuine staff, managers, Food Safety Supervisors and authorised reviewers supporting that site. Automated, shared-for-resale or abusive account creation is not included.
Is assisted setup required?
No. The guided setup is included in Complete Site. Assisted setup is optional for services that want structured help organising their supplied information.
Are provider integrations included?
The connector architecture is part of Queux, but a live provider connection depends on available documentation, permission, credentials and any provider or commercial charges. Manual and CSV workflows remain available.
Does payment mean the site is compliant?
No. A Queux subscription provides software that supports operational and recordkeeping processes. It is not certification and does not replace the site’s approved Food Safety Plan or professional advice.
